Current Projects
Mornington Peninsula — Three-Townhouse Subdivision & Build
A three-townhouse subdivision and build designed to maximise the site’s potential and take advantage of the water views. More detailed plans and visual concepts coming soon.


Mornington Peninsula — Beach House Renovation & Extension - Under Construction
A tired coastal home is being transformed into a bright, modern retreat. Completed works will showcase refreshed interiors, abundant natural light, and improved street appeal. This renovation and extension is set to become a flip project to be sold late 2026.






Regional Victoria - Storage Facility Purchase & Extension
A 32 unit storage facility has been purchased with plans and permits for a stage 2 extension. Once complete the facility will offer a 13% return and will provide passive income and an uplift of around $500,000 once complete and fully leased. The purchase is scheduled to settle October 2025 and the expansion project set to commence early 2026.


​​Melbourne Outer East — Renovation, Subdivision & New Build - Under development
This joint venture project reimagines an original two-bedroom weatherboard into a light-filled three-bedroom home through clever floorplan reconfiguration. The home’s character is preserved while adding modern functionality and flow. The rear block is being subdivided to create a brand-new three-bedroom, two-bathroom weatherboard residence — delivering two quality homes on one site. The front house has been renovated inside and out and is currently tenanted. Once we have our planning permit finalised we plan to start the rear build early 2026.

Outer East Melbourne — Extensive Renovation
Project Type: Large Family Home Renovation - PPR Deal - $350,000 uplift in value.

Before: Outdated interiors, and floor-plan that was a bit impractical , dark finishes & "interesting" colour choices.

Regional NSW — Unit Renovation
Project Type: Four-Unit Renovation (sold separately) - $170,000 profit
Before: Original 1970s interiors with tired kitchens and bathrooms
After: Modern white kitchens with green feature tiles, refreshed living spaces, sleek bathrooms, and landscaped outdoor areas








Regional Victoria — Unit Renovation
Project Type: Three-Unit Renovation (subdivided & sold separately - kept 1 unit for positive cashflow - 7.5% return & lots of learnings!)
Before: Outdated cabinetry and fixtures, dull bathrooms and laundry
After: Fresh white brick exterior, light-filled interiors, open-plan kitchen/living, and fully updated wet areas
